Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for HVAC repairs at the USCG Cleveland Harbor Boathouse. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of award unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. Site visits are highly encouraged and recommended to support the development of an accurate bid package. USCG Cleveland Moorings, 1055 E. 9th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114 This procurement is estimated to be less than $25,000.00. Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation required for HVAC Repairs at USCG Cleveland Harbor Boathouse, Cleveland, OH 44114. To minimize interference with Coast Guard operations, utilize the following phasing sequence to accomplish contract work. Coordinate timing between successive phases with Coast Guard personnel to allow for necessary relocations. There is no Phasing in this project. The following paragraphs describe the requirements and tasks for the selected Contractor to repair the HVAC systems in Station Cleveland Harbor's Boathouse. Remove and replace current inverter compressor board in boathouse LG unit Remove restricted Stulz Unit filter drier Mobilize, reclaim, and open system line set to remove all restricition Replace Sporlan drier, braze, and pressure test system, and charge system for full operational test System Check Remove failed LG compressor Inverter board and verfify proper operation of the LG system The Contractor shall repair all damaged equipment to the HVAC system at USCG Station Cleveland Harbor IAW manufacters recommendations.
