The St. Helena Parish Police Jury is soliciting sealed bids from qualified individuals or firms for comprehensive Deep Cleaning and Floor Maintenance Services. These services are required for various parish-owned buildings within St. Helena Parish, Louisiana. Services to Include (but not limited to): Deep Cleaning: * Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including toilets, sinks, partitions, and floors. * Thorough cleaning of high areas, such as vents, light fixtures, ledges, and ceiling fans. * Detailed cleaning of walls, doors, windows, and fixtures. * Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen/breakroom areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliance exteriors. * Detail cleaning of entryways, lobbies, and common areas. Specialized Floor Care: * Stripping, waxing, and buffing of VCT/hard surface floors. * Carpet cleaning (shampooing/extraction). General: * Provision of all necessary cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals for these specific tasks. * Adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Bids must include all required forms and documentation as outlined in the bid package. Bidders must possess relevant business licenses and provide proof of adequate liability and worker's compensation insurance. Bidders should demonstrate prior experience in similar commercial cleaning and floor maintenance projects. The St. Helena Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the St. Helena Parish Police Jury
