Site work for a civil project in Homestead, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to construct two new production wells: Wells #4 and #5 with a casing depth of 45 ft and a total depth of approximately 55 ft. In addition to drilling the new wells, the CONTRACTOR will have to rehabilitate Well #1 by installing a sleeve consisting of a 14-inch diameter stainless steel casing to 45 ft bls., plug and abandon the 18-inch diameter well #2. This project is located at the Everglades Labor Camp Water Treatment Plant 19500 SW 376 Streett, Miami Dade County Florida. ESTIMATED COST: $595,000.00 The original Bid Security (in the form of a bid bond or cashiers check) MUST be delivered to WASD, at the address above, BEFORE the bids are opened. Failure to deliver the original will result in the bid submission being rejected as non-responsive. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally.Each such request must be in the hands of the Engineer at least five (5) days before the date for the formal opening of bids, or by the close of the Request for Information (RFI) period
