“The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” The Columbiana County Engineers Office is requesting qualifications for a Design/Build Team for the Exterior renovations of the Engineering Buildings. The Columbiana County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or Proposals, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable. The project is required to be delivered utilizing prevailing wage rates and associated documentation due to the grants received to fund the project. There is no mechanical scope included in the project. The base bid shall include a combined bid (10%)/performance bond (100%).
