A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Seeking Bids a qualified and licensed contractor(s) for the construction of stormwater improvements within the City of Palatka, Florida. The construction will involve construction of new stormwater collection/conveyance systems in three separate areas within the City. Elements of the work include clearing and grubbing, removal of existing concrete installation of new stormwater collection/conveyance and inlets, manholes, and junction boxes. Other work related items include milling and resurfacing of roadway, roadway reconstruction and other related restoration work as a result of the new stormwater system installation Hand-carried and express mail bids may be delivered prior to the due date and must be delivered to the above address ONLY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the City. Hand-carried and express mail proposals delivered on the due date must be received between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and the bid closing time. The City of Palatka reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
