Demolition, site work and environmental remediation for a mixed-use development in South Bound Brook, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for environmental remediation for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 22, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project generally consists of demolition and complete removal of the existing building, structures, and miscellaneous debris removal of underground storage tanks, excavation and proper offsite disposal of contaminated soils, backfill and restoration, and all other associated work and services in accordance with the Contract Documents Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier check in the amount of not less than ten {10%) percent of the bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable without any conditional endorsement as a guarantee that in case the contract is awarded to the Bidder, they will within ten (10) days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. Question Deadline 09/09/2025 The Borough of South Bound Brook will not be responsible for verbal answers to bidders questions. Inquiries received by the Engineer less than (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening date will not be answered. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids
