The City of Greeley will select a contractor to construct stormwater improvements within and around the city-owned detention pond located near the intersection of West C Street and North 47th Avenue Court in the Weber West Subdivision. Construction activities will include installing a stormwater system, access roads to the detention pond, a pond outlet structure, a riprap rundown, and grading a stormwater conveyance channel. Work will include, but is not limited to: Coordination with utilities. Erosion and sediment control. Clearing and Grubbing. Removal and disposal of asphalt, concrete, and excess fill. Earthwork excavation and embankment. Grading channels. Construction of stormwater system - inlets and pipe. Replacement of sidewalk, crosspan, curb and gutter, and asphalt. Construction of pond access roads. Construction of outlet structure Installation of riprap. Seeding and mulching disturbed areas. Removal of temporary erosion control measures.
