Reference Number 0000397555 The City of Greeley, Colorado is seeking input from qualified firms and organizations to help shape a citywide Odor Control Assessment and Strategic Mitigation Plan. This Plan will build on past efforts with local industries to reduce odor impacts and create a comprehensive, community-wide strategy that protects public health, supports sustainable economic growth, and enhances quality of life. The City's goal is to develop clear standards, policies, and practices for mitigating odor emissions, while balancing the needs of businesses, residents, and stakeholders. The Plan will include data collection and analysis of odor sources and complaints, recommended mitigation strategies based on best practices and case studies, and a strong public engagement process to ensure the community's voice is reflected in the final product. Responses shall be submitted in a single Microsoft Word or PDF file under 20MB. The Response must not exceed 20 total pages, excluding cover letter, index or table of contents, front and back covers, and title pages/separation tabs. Pages shall be 8 1/2 x 11 inches except for up to four (4) pages of 11 x 17 inches. Eleven-point font or larger must be used for the response and appendices. Resumes included as an appendix are not considered part of the 20 pages.
