As of May 22, 2026, the project is in the pre-construction stages, but all trades have been awarded. Reference Number 0000397677 D6 is requesting statements of qualifications from Design / Build (D/B) teams to assist the District in the design and construction of a New D6 Administration Building in downtown Greeley, CO. The New D6 Administration Building will be a multi-story office facility, approximately 70,000-80,000 GSF, located at the northeast corner of the intersection at 9th Avenue and 11th Street.
