Renovation of a municipal facility in Robertsdale, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Metal Roofs at Old Diamond Food Buildings for the City for Robertsdale. All bids must be on forms provided in the specifications. A certified check or a Bidder's Bond, payable to the Owner for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid(maximum of $10,000) shall be filed with the proposal. The Bidder's Bond being prepared on the form specified and signed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. No bids will be considered unless the bidder, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this construction in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama. This shall include evidence of holding a current General Contractors License from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors, Montgomery, Alabama, as required by Chapter 8 of Title 34, of the Code of Alabama, 1975. The City of Robertsdale, Alabama reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
