The scope of work for the NYS OGS Empire State Plaza Chiller Project Phase 2 - River Water Upgrades Project consists of deep excavation with a shoring system for an installation of a new 48 Ductile Iron River Water Return Pipe. This work includes erosion control, dewatering, traffic control of existing adjacent roadways, asphalt paving, and general site restoration including shrub plantings and new chain link fence.
