To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the 2025 Pedestrian Accessibility and Intersection Ramping (PAIR) Project. At the time of tendering, the Tenderer shall submit, with its Tender, a deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond from the Tenderer's surety in favour of the City of Ottawa. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price.
