This includes curb and gutter with 6 foot wide sidewalk, ADA accessible curb ramps with truncated domes, curb inlets, 15-18 inch storm pipes, 7 and 8 inch concrete pavement drives, seeding, mulching, traffic control, modular block retaining wall, and other related work. The furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment for the construction of sidewalk improvements along Historic Route 66 beginning at the Ichord Avenue interesection and ending approximately 350 feet west of Broadway Avenue. This includes curb and gutter with 6 foot wide sidewalk, ADA accessible curb ramps with domes, storm boxes and 18 and 30 inch storm pipes, a box culvert extension, retaining wall, and other related work. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2025, First Edition. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for City of Waynesville TAP-9901(536) Historic Route 66 Sidewalk Improvements - Phase I is 4%. The DBE Goal for City of Waynesville TAP-9901(551) Historic Route 66 Sidewalk Improvements - Phase I is 3% A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal.
