The work shall consist of the following: site grading, including striping, excavation, and back fill (approximately 59,292 cy net section, 28,029 cy fill, 31,263 cy cut). Installation of a 3.78-acre in-line retention pond, +/- 1,862 linear feet of subsurface drainage, and a +/- 1.865acre asphalt parking lot Construction time: 180 calendar days, exclusive of delays beyond the contractors control from the date stipulated in the written notice to proceed.
