The contractor shall provide nationwide lifecycle support for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) at United States Secret Service (USSS) controlled sites, including installation, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of systems such as Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Video Management Systems (VMS). Services include site evaluations, infrastructure and power support, installation of turnkey ESS solutions, removal of legacy equipment, physical security enhancements (e.g., gates, fencing, lighting), locksmith services, engineering and documentation support, and acceptance testing. The contractor must also provide end-user training and warranty support, ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, and adhere to cybersecurity and supply chain risk management protocols. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. Deliverables include design plans, equipment lists, network diagrams, configuration documentation, user guides, and warranty documentation. The contractor must maintain a quality control program and provide 24/7 technical support. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed Price task orders, covering a base year and four option years. Base: 09/29/2025-09/28/2026 Period of Performance: The period of performance will be for one (1) Base Period of 5 years.
