Completion Date : June 30, 2026 Doc Note : The DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) contract goals for the amount of work to be awarded for the Ripley County A-3 Bridge Replacement, is 4% of the total project price. The bidder shall also complete the DBE Identification Submittal forms for both projects in accordance with the General Provisions. Missouri Law, 292.675 RSMO, requires any awarded contractor and its subcontractor(s) to provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Construction Safety Program for their on-site employees. The Owner must award the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. All bidders are required to use the pre-qualification process outlined by MoDOT.
