This is a construction-only effort being competitively solicited among all Small Businesses on SAM.gov. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36, along with the specific details outlined in the RFP and its attachments. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement. This RFP does not authorize the commencement of work and does not obligate the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor in preparing a proposal. The Government may choose not to award a contract in response to this RFP. Work may only begin upon receipt of a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer (CO), with appropriate consideration established.
