Project has been cancelled, Bids rejected Schuylkill County - Mountain Water Authority Potable Water Storage Tank The project involves the installation of a 160,000-gallon steel bolted finished water storage tank, with connections to the existing system, and the demolition and removal of an existing concrete storage tank. The particular items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Form, Contract Specifications and Contract Documents. The entire project will be awarded to one (1) Contractor. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder naming the County of Schuylkill as oblige and acceptable surety in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. Money orders and personal money orders are not acceptable form of bid security.
