The person submitting the request will be responsible for its delivery. Written requests will not be accepted within five (5) calendar days of bid opening. The contract involves the construction of a Grandstand, Pole Building, Sidewalk, Fencing, Concrete Pad, Sidewalk and other miscellaneous construction activities to be performed in accordance with the contract documents. The work site is located at the Chambersburg Saddle Club having an address of 7000 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville, PA 17222 in Greene Township, Franklin County, PA. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond payable to The Chambersburg Saddle Club in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. A performance bond in the amount of the 100% of the base bid shall be required of the successful bidder. The Chambersburg Saddle Club, also referred to as the Owner, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
