Notice of intent to award the contract will be provided by the Chambersburg Saddle Club no later than September 15, 2025. The contract involves the replacement of the existing Electrical Services (200 Amp & 100 Amp), Meter, Arena Lights, Audio System, Grandstand Lights and Receptacles and other miscellaneous construction activities to be performed in accordance with the contract documents. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond payable to The Chambersburg Saddle Club in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid total. A performance bond in the amount of the 100% of the base bid shall be required of the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted in compliance with all contract documents. The Chambersburg Saddle Club, also referred to as the Owner, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
