The Goals for each Prime Contract is as follows: SDB AND VBE GOALS .4 Electrical Construction ALL BASE BIDS (#1) SDB = 15% VBE = 3% Duration: 300 Calendar Days from date of Initial Job Conference There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES = (.4) $750.00 per day. ESTIMATED RANGE: .4 Electrical - $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Direct all questions pertaining to the Project to the Project Professional utilizing the e-Builder Enterprise Software Program (e-Builder) as described in the Instructions To Bidders. Base Bid No. 1: a. Install detention hardware as shown on Contract Drawings. b. Refurbish Tymetal PLUSS gates. c. Provide new PLC based touchscreen control system to replace existing hard graphic control panels and headend equipment. d. Provide new Intercom System to replace existing. e. Integrate existing VSS with new PLC and new Intercom System for proper callup on alarm of all new and existing Cameras. f. Update Fire Alarm system and devices as shown on the Contract Drawings.
