Reference Number 0000301381 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/05 12:00:00 PM CDT The work shall consist of approximately 1,025 hours of mowing on Provincial Waterways in the Eastern District of Water Operations. The Work is fully detailed in the reference documents on the attached Tender. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Working Days Will Be Assessed by Manitoba Starting Seven Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Mowing Liquidated Damages The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Twenty-five (25) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31, 2025 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
