(b) Demobilization shall include, but not be limited to: (i) All activities and costs for transportation of personnel, equipment, and supplies not used in the project from the site, and/or sites, and/or between sites; (ii) Disassembly, removal, and site cleanup and restoration of offices, buildings, and other facilities assembled on the site and/or sites; (iii) Repair of access roads, temporary haul roads, and equipment parking areas leaving the project site in the same or better condition than at the start of the project; (iv) General cleanup and housekeeping needed to restore a neat and orderly project site.
