Site work, new construction and renovation of a medical facility in Jackson, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot medical facility; for the renovation of a 53,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
**As of February 17, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Work includes new construction of a 6,000 SF medical clinic expansion to an existing hospital. Along with, re-roofing the existing 53,000 SF hospital. There is an alternate to also construct a new 6,500 SF emergency department. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to The City of Jackson Health Care Authority in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds, insurance in compliance with requirements, and verification of E-Verify enrollment will be required at the signing of the Contract. Construction Duration: 240 Calendar Days for the roof replacement and the new clinic with associated work.
