A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Work includes new construction of a 6,000 SF medical clinic expansion to an existing hospital. Along with, re-roofing the existing 53,000 SF hospital. There is an alternate to also construct a new 6,500 SF emergency department. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to The City of Jackson Health Care Authority in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
