The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 16, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building, located at the Wyoming State Hospital, 831 Highway 150 South, Evanston, WY 82930. Project Description: This project will consist of construction of a new 80" X 100" Pre-Engineered Metal Building over a concrete slab and foundation. Site work will include installation of a sand oil separator, utility services, small retention pond, grading, asphalt and concrete work. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 3:00 p.m. MT on March 3, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on March 9, 2026. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 3, 2026, will not be addressed. Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system Online. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
