Site work and paving for a civil project in Sadieville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing single span bridge superstructure with a new KYTC Standard Drawing single span composite box beam superstructure and reconstruct the roadway approach to the proposed bridge. The proposed bridge is located on North Rays Fork Rd 0.9 miles northeast of Frogtown Rd and 2.9 miles southwest of US-25 in Scott County, Kentucky. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications entitled North Rays Fork Bridge Superstructure Replacement Project prepared by HMB Professional Engineers, Inc., acting as and in these Contract Documents entitled the Engineer; and shall do everything required by this agreement, the Special Provisions of the Contract, the Specifications and the Drawings.
