The City of Saint John invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the investigation of upgrades to the Smythe Street Podium Membrane. The primary goal of this project is to upgrade existing infrastructure and provide a watertight barrier between the surface and concrete structure below. The City seeks an investigation, report, and conceptual design for recommended improvements to the existing podium membrane and associated infrastructure (concrete deck, deck drains, control joints, and catch basins).
