View Sanitary District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 888 Howe Rd. Sanitary Sewer Replacement The Project includes the following Work: Constructing approximately 306 linear feet of 8 inch PVC gravity sewer Removing and replacing approximately 110 linear feet of 6 inch or 8 inch asbestos concrete gravity sewer with 8 inch PVC gravity sewer Rehabilitating approximately 26 linear feet of 8 inch asbestos concrete gravity sewer with 8 inch HDPE gravity sewer by pipe bursting Constructing three (3) new standard precast manholes Rehabilitating three (3) existing manholes Constructing concrete foundation support for existing retaining wall Sewer bypassing and dewatering Abandoning existing gravity sewer and existing manholes Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $594,000. The Project has an expected duration of 175 calendar days. It is a material term of the bid package that all bidders must purchase a complete bid set from BPX Printing prior to the bid opening in order to be a registered plan holder and to receive addenda notifications. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that are not registered plan holders. The digital portal will be updated periodically with addenda, a list of registered plan holders, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online.
