The project is expected to be awarded on October 14, 2025. 2025 Pavement Digout Project This project generally consists of grinding and paving asphalt concrete digouts, crack seal, traffic control, storm water pollution control and related incidental work at various locations around Marin County. A Bid Bond, cash, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Marin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any irregularities. Award of contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies with prescribed requirements, and will be within thirty (30) days after the date of the Bid Opening.
