Renovation of a military facility in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for the installation of a generator and transfer switch at the Northern Research Station in Delaware, Ohio. The acquisition and source selection will follow the procedures outlined in FAR Parts 13 and 36. A site visit/pre-quote meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 15th at 10:00 AM CT. Additional details regarding the site visit are provided under FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (FEB 1995). Location: Northern Research Station, 359 Main Rd, Delaware, OH 43015 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
