Mora County is requesting sealed proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide planning, surveying, environmental, design, permitting, and bid-phase support services for transportation infrastructure improvements throughout Mora County, New Mexico. Request for Proposal for General Engineering Services. The County will consider proposals from qualified candidates to provide On-Call Engineering; Architectural; Surveying; & Environmental Services. Candidates will also provide Hydrologic and Hydraulic studies on various construction projects and road projects. The selected candidate should be thoroughly familiar with current laws, regulations, manuals, standards and guidelines, standard specifications, and standard procedures accepted by construction industries.
