The Town of Davie, FL on behalf of the Southeast Florida Governmental Purchasing Cooperative Group is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide the required commodity and services in full accordance with the scope of services, terms and conditions contained herein. The selection of the successful respondent(s) shall be at the Town's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all ITB responses. The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified Contractor in the State of Florida to perform power washing services in the Town of Davie, Florida. The services shall encompass furnishing adequate and appropriate labor, machines, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, insurance, permits, and incidentals. Contractor shall supply their own water with the goal to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for residents, businesses, and visitors. The estimated budget for the Town of Davie is $50,000. The Town of Davie is home to nearly 107,000 residents who live across a lush 35 square miles within central Broward.
