The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to complete the work as described in the Statement of Work. This includes repairing the main sewer line on site and disposing of all excess packaging, materials, and other items at their own cost. The contractor must submit a proposal with quantities, unit prices, mobilization, and costs included. All supplies, parts, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, supervision, permits, insurance, and management required for the repair must be provided. The contractor shall also furnish a one-year warranty for both materials and labor. The project must be completed in accordance with the contract documents, drawings, specifications, applicable Federal and State laws, and the terms and conditions of the contract.
