Bids are to include landfill charges and any and all associated costs. The finished grade will be a mowable level lot with drainage so as not to hold water. Any damage to streets, alleys, curbs, sidewalks, or other structures not to be demolished will be repaired at the contractor's expense. The payment will be deducted if the work is not done according to the bid specifications. Bidders must contact the City Office before entering the property for inspection. The city will plug sewer lines, disconnect water service lines, and electrical services. The contractor has 90 days from the award date to finish the demolition.
