General Contructor for 7 Scattered Sites Houses Exterior & Structural Repairs - This scattered sites rehab project consists of exterior rehabilitation of 5 residential homes that includes siding replacement, window replacement, roof replacement, roof repairs and other associated incidental work and 2 residential homes that will receive extensive structural repairs. CHR is a non-profit entity that is fully owned and controlled by MPHA. MPHA manages the units on behalf of CHR.
