Reference Number 0000396431 Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes The City of East Point (CITY) is requesting formal bids for sidewalk construction services on: The eastbound side (southside) of Connally Drive (Dr) from Judson Avenue to Collins Drive Bid Intent Not Available General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required Specifications The City of East Point (CITY) is requesting formal bids for sidewalk construction services on: o The eastbound side (southside) of Connally Drive (Dr) from Judson Avenue to Collins Drive Design plans for the location are complete and are attached for review and bid purposes. Construction services would include, but are not limited to: o Connally Dr from Judson Avenue to Collins Drive Driveway upgrades o Tree/shrubbery removal o Sidewalk construction o Signing and pavement marking o Utility replacements and adjustments o Structural work, and o Traffic Control/Maintenance of Traffic Utility Coordination All construction will need to be complete 365 days after the Notice to Proceed is provided. The CONTRACTOR will be required to attend the following meetings: o one (1) preconstruction meeting The CITY will schedule these meetings. Two days (2) prior to starting any project related work, the CONTRACTOR will notify the property owner of all work that will be completed on or near the property, equipment they may be used, and equipment that will be parked within the owner's right of way. At the end of each workday, the CONTRACTOR will move all project equipment to CITY assigned staging location. The CONTRACTOR is to discuss any changes with the CITY. The CONTRACTOR will remove all debris from the project site daily. If in the event all debris is cannot be removed from the site, it must be hauled to the designated CITY assigned dumping site.
