License Requirements General Contractors License Project Duration Multi-year; up to five (5) years The City of Vallejo is soliciting sealed bids for On-Call Fencing Services. This bid may be a single award or multiple awards based on the evaluation teams' recommendations. The contract will not guarantee set amounts to be purchased and is subject to funding approval by the City Council. The as-needed work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and facilities required for fencing services as needed by the City's Water Department. The Contractor will provide fencing services anywhere on the 8,000 acres of land managed by the City of Vallejo owned and leased land including, but shall not be limited to, the areas around the Fleming Hill Water Treatment Plant, Green Valley Water Treatment Plant, Travis Air Force Based Water Treatment Plant, 26 pump stations, Lake Frey, Lake Madigan, Lake Curry, Skyview Tank, Cordelia Reservoir, and other reservoirs. Please see Exhibit 1 for images of some of the known areas needing service.
