Site work and paving for a civil project in Sheffield Village, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of construction of approximately 0.48 miles of paved asphalt trail, located between Idlewood Ave. and Harris Rd. in the Village of Sheffield of Lorain County, OH. The Scope of work includes but is not limited to performing site demolition and clearing vegetation; performing earthwork and installing site drainage; installing asphalt pavement and base and installing landscape improvements. 2025 Sheffield Village Asphalt Trail Improvements A certified check or cashier's check made payable to "Lorain County Metropolitan Park District" or a letter of credit meeting the requirements of Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. Bid guaranties of all unsuccessful Bidders will be held until a proper contract is entered into or until all bids are rejected, as the case may be, and will be returned immediately thereafter. Any cashier's check, certified check or letter of credit submitted by the successful bidder will be returned upon the Bidder's execution of the Contract Documents, including an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond.
