Renovation of a municipal facility in Canmore, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Canmore is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a Contractor to replace combustible components with fire rated and/or flame-resistant cladding, roofing, and trims according to the specifications and drawings. All repairs and new installations must comply with applicable fire safety standards and building codes, with materials and methods selected to enhance the fire resistance of the structure wherever applicable. There is a total of ten, (10), building on six, (6) different sites all within Canmore Alberta. The individual addresses are. 10 Van Horne - 2 buildings 100 Crossbow Lane - 2 buildings 240 Benchlands Trail - 1 building 602 4 Street - 2 buildings 938 17 Avenue - 2 buildings 1251 Palliser Trail - 1 building
