Follow all (IBC) Codes and materials manufacturer installation instructions for all materials used. Remove and replace moisture damaged components if less than 30% . If moisture damage is more than 30% remove and replace entire roof system. Properly clean all loose and foreign matter, dust, and debris. Install one layer of 1/2" Type II Class I polyisocyanurate insulation fully adhered using low rise foam adhesive following manufacture's specifications and requirements to achieve proper wind uplift ratings. Johns Manville or GAF products preferred. Install Type II Class I polyisocyanurate insulation tapered panels fully adhered in areas of need to provide slope for proper water drainage. Install one layer of white 0.060mil T.P.O. membrane fully adhered to roof deck and parapet walls per manufacture's specifications and requirements. Install new retrofit roof drains. Install new drip edge and wooden nailers, (if existing cannot be reused,) per manufacture's specifications and requirements.
