Renovation of a museum in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The City of Crestwood is accepting bid proposals for Sappington House Library Roof Replacement project. 1. Remove all existing layers of shakes/shingles on ail slopes. 2. inspect roof decking, replace damaged wood as conditions dictate. 3. Install Drip-Edge metal 4. Install GAF Versa-Shield or equal. 5. Install DaVinci Shake selection of Straight or Staggered Coursing or equal. 6. Install DaVinci Hip and Ridge cap or equal. 7. Install pipe flashing at all pipes and or protrusions. 8. Install step flashing as needed. 9. Remove all roofing debris from grounds and landscaping to complete the project. If any question arises concerning the meaning or intent of the job specification. Bidder shall request interpretation in writing to John Vonarx at jvonarx@cityofcretwood.org
