This project will be to pressure wash, seal, and repaint the Judicial Parking Garage located at 190 W. Government Street in Pensacola, Florida Background This facility was constructed in 2001 and is in need of being pressure washed, sealed, and repainted to extend the life of the facility, while adding beauty to the structure. Question Submission Deadline: September 8, 2025, 1:00pm All inquiries concerning the solicitation, including, but not limited to, the scope of work, specifications, additional requirements, attachments, general or supplemental terms and conditions, must be submitted to the Office of Purchasing via email through the e-procurement portal hosted by OpenGov, Attention: Kent JensenPurchasing Coordinatorkmjensen@myescambia.com. This project will require the contractor protect the interior of the facility while work is being completed. Protection to the interior of the facility must include the contractor ensuring there are no vehicles in the area while the pressure washing is being completed. Additionally, the contractor will not be allowed to spray paint the structure and therefore the paint must be rolled on.
