SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully remove an existing metal roof and install a new metal roof; install heavy duty roof riser brackets; remove existing skylights and install new skylights; remove existing exterior metal siding and install new exterior metal siding; remove existing gutters and downspouts and install new gutters and downspouts for proper rain diversion, as like or as approved by Bureau of Design and Construction (BDC) as part of the Northwest Florida Aquatic Preserves Ellyson Warehouse Repairs Project Ellyson Warehouse is a steel-framed metal structure approximately 3,600 square feet, measuring approximately 50.2'x72.5'. The roof has air-monitoring equipment installed on its surface and will be removed and re-installed by Other. An Asbestos & Lead-Based Paint assessment has been performed, and the report is included. The contractor is responsible for verifying existing conditions prior to initiating the bid proposal submittal.
