Scope of Services The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a swale in a City Easement South of Esplanade Ave. The construction activities shall consist of importing and placing fill, Construction of Riprap, construction of a Compacted Dirt Access Road and Swale The construction of a swale, including but not limited to the importing, placing and compacting fill, construction of riprap, construction of a compacted dirt access road, and all pertinent work associated with the construction of the swale, including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The project shall be performed per the approved plans attached to this invitation for bids and in accordance with the City of Hemet Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day Start/Delivery Date 10/20/25 Project Duration 25 Calendar Days Question Deadline 09/11/2025 at 3:00 PM PT All general or bidding inquiries shall be directed to the Q & A Section of the Bid Page.
