You are invited to review and respond to this Small Business Bid Solicitation (SB Bid) entitled: 25-105 After hours Janitorial Services for the Hemet DMV Field Office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months. Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Bidder shall submit a bid that complies with Government Code Section 19134 if utilizing employees to perform janitorial services or if not meeting Welfare and Institutions Code 19404. Bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 1060 - 1065 if awarded the contract. Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid.
