Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Northwest Pump Station No.1 24" Flowmeter Replacement as follows: New precast concrete Metering Vault at the Northwest Pump Station No.1 (NWPS#1). Owner will supply for Contractor installation the following equipment, two (2) 24 Mega Flanges, one (1) Krohne Magnetic Inductive Flowmeter, one (1) Krohne Flow Converter. Work includes all demolition, concrete, miscellaneous metals, sump pump, piping, valves, access hatch, ladder, conduit, wiring, and related equipment. The work shall be performed in such a sequence that minimal interruption to the existing systems will be necessary. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
