A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Work as Follows: Drainage Improvements in the City of Premont Including the Installation of Approximately 7,071 Lf of Concrete Pipe and Boxes, 12,213 Cy of Pond Excavation, 2,792 Lf of Ditch Excavation, 22,245 Sy of Hmac Pavement, as Well as Junction Boxes, Manholes, Curb Inlets, Valley Gutters, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, Driveway Improvements, Fencing and Associated Appurtenances and Subsidiary Work as Shown on the Construction Plans. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Issued By an Acceptable Surety Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid for Those Contracts That Exceed $100,000. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the City of Premont or Negotiable U.s. Government Bonds (as Per Value) May Be Submitted in Lieu of the Bid Bond. The Project to Be Constructed Will Be Financed With Assistance From the General Land Office (Glo) Under the U.s. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation (Cdbg-mit) Program and is Subject to All Applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations. In Addition, the Successful Bidder Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, or National Origin.
