Site work for a water / sewer project in Ripley, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work: Bramel MHP Waterline Replacement - Furnish and install 6" HDPE water line, 3" PE water line, 1" PE water line valves, hydrants, meter sets and appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of a bond with an approved surety company as surety for the execution of the contract. The bid guaranty and contract bond shall be for the full amount of the bid proposal and in the form as contained in the contract documents. Alternately, a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the revised code, in the amount of 10 percent of the bid will be accepted as a bid guaranty. Each proposal must contain the full name and address of every person or company interested in the same. The Brown County Rural Water Association reserves the right to wave any informalities.
