Contractor must notify GIPA if an outage is needed, to provide adequate time to customers (must give notice before disconnecting power).Contractor is responsible to bring all old materials / debris to 50 Cohoes Avenue. GIPA is responsible for properly disposing / recycling all used materials. GIPA will supply all materials. Contractor will meet GIPA on all jobs prior to the bidding.
